Measurement Tips

Bust

Bring arms to your sides, place tape measure under your arms
and run it around the fullest part of the bustline.

Waist

Locate the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Loop the tape measure around
your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for an easy fit.

Hips

Place feet together, loop the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips,
approximately 7 inches below your waistline.

Happy Holidays!

During my first week of high school, I wandered into a Jewish Student Association Club meeting.  The President looked at me and said "oh, you must be here for the pizza."  I was probably the first Asian person she'd ever seen in one of her meetings.  I am an American of Jewish and Buddhist descent married to a Christmas loving Jamaican-Canadian.  We have a one-and-a-half year old daughter who is the embodiment of interconnectedness.  There is a lot of pressure to pick one religious or spiritual path, especially when raising a child.  But when I think of my own journey, not fitting into any one predetermined path is what led me to the version of myself that I’m most proud of, the one that feels most at home.

In a recent newsletter, Deborah Hanekamp beautifully wrote: "when you don't fit in with any one, you are able to hold space for everyone."  May you find space and celebration for your whole self this holiday season, no part left out.

Rally On,
Olivia
