The Checklist
Easing into Fall
Transitioning into Fall is different in the midst of a global pandemic. Whether we’re sending kids to school, going back into our office or striving for sanity without leaving home, we’re all swimming in the unknown. It’s a weird feeling to let go of where you were when you can’t see where you’re going. It’s also when getting to know yourself might be the most interesting. Who are you when you’re not anchored to something certain? What happens to you when you feel anger, solitude, grief, or simplicity? Observe your relationship to these feelings. They may have something to tell you.
